Cancellation conditions
Cancellation Policy – Summer
- Cancellation free of charge up to 28 days before arrival
- 27 to 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount
- 6 to 0 days before arrival: 90 % of the total amount
- In the event of a late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the cost of the booked stay will be charged.
- However, any cancellations must be made in writing.

We want to help you avoid unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. That’s why we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance so you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind.
Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply with amendment of the Cancellation Policy §5 Paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.

Cancellation Policy – Winter
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
- 59 to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
- 20 to 10 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
- 9 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount

- In the event of a late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the cost of the booked stay will be charged.
- To confirm your reservation, we ask that you make a deposit of 40% of the total amount to our account
In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a processing and administrative fee of €20.00 to cover the costs of processing the cancellation and any necessary refund of the deposit.
