Your responsibilities: - Handling correspondence in German and English - Performing reception-related tasks and activities - Advising and assisting guests during their stay, as well as providing support with organizational questions and information - Inspecting the apartments and checking that they are clean and tidy - Checking the equipment and furnishings in the apartments - Working with the marketing office on advertising - Using MS Office and hotel software (Easybooking) - Language skills in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage - Enjoyment of the job, commitment, and sociability - Well-groomed appearance - Class B driver's license is an advantage - Flexibility, resilience, independence, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and commitment We offer: - Year-round or seasonal position / part-time with 25 hours and a 5-day week - A varied and challenging job in a small team - Pleasant working atmosphere - Employment in a family-run apartment building in Arlberg - Regular working hours and time off - Wages/salary in accordance with the collective agreement with willingness to pay above the standard rate, depending on qualifications and working hours.
