St. Anton in Tirol is a true Mecca for cyclists and bikers, whether you are out and about on a road bike, e-bike or mountain bike. The 220 kilometers of marked routes cover all levels of difficulty - from easy, leisurely rides to challenging tours.

The sometimes arduous ascent towards the region's most beautiful high valleys is not only rewarded with breathtaking descents, but the cozy refreshment stops along the various routes also invite you to rest and take a breather and compensate for many an effort.

In addition to the cycle routes, the region now also has a well-developed network of e-bike charging stations with fast charging stations. So that you never "run out of juice".

The region offers a variety of spectacular routes and trails for all levels and tastes. Here are some of the best ways to explore the breathtaking mountain world on two wheels:

- Mountain biking: St. Anton offers a wealth of challenging mountain bike trails, ranging from dense forests to alpine meadows. The "Arlberg Bike Trail" is a must for adventure seekers and leads over 200 km through the region. For downhill enthusiasts, there are special routes in Rendl and on the Galzig.

- E-biking: E-bikes allow you to explore the mountains effortlessly. Hire an e-bike and cycle to the most beautiful viewpoints without having to worry about strenuous climbs.

- Road cycling: For road cyclists, there are miles of roads and passes that offer challenging climbs and rapid descents. The Kaunertal Glacier Tour and the Hahntennjoch circuit, for example, are very popular routes.
